How to Connect the WESLAMIC Smart Zikr Ring to the App

KELVIOR Smart Zikr Ring connected to the official WESLAMIC companion app

Quick answer: charge the ring, install the official WESLAMIC app, enable Bluetooth, open Add Product in the app, choose the compatible iTasbih model and keep the ring close to the phone until pairing completes. On Android, the app may also request Nearby Devices or Location permission to discover Bluetooth accessories.

Before you start

  • Charge the ring with its magnetic cable.
  • Make sure the phone has Bluetooth enabled.
  • Disconnect the ring from any previous phone if it was paired before.
  • Update the phone operating system and the WESLAMIC app when an update is available.
  • Keep the ring beside the phone during setup.

1. Install the official WESLAMIC app

Download the app from the official store for your phone:

The official store listings describe features including tasbih and prayer reminders, customised dhikr targets, prayer time information, Find My Ring, compass and battery information. Available features can vary by ring model, app version, phone and region.

2. Allow the permissions needed for pairing

Open the app and allow Bluetooth or Nearby Devices access when requested. On some Android versions, Bluetooth discovery can also require Location permission. These permissions help the phone find the ring; they do not mean the ring must remain connected every second for you to count dhikr.

3. Add the ring inside the app

  1. Open the WESLAMIC app.
  2. Tap Add Product or the device-add icon.
  3. Select the compatible iTasbih or Smart Zikr Ring model shown by the app.
  4. Wake the ring by pressing its button once.
  5. Hold the ring close to the phone and select it when its device name appears.
  6. Wait for the connection confirmation before leaving the screen.

Pair through the WESLAMIC app rather than relying only on the phone's general Bluetooth settings. The app needs to recognise the product in order to synchronise supported functions.

4. Set language, location and prayer times

After pairing, check the language and location or city settings. Accurate location settings are important when the app calculates prayer times. Review the displayed times before relying on reminders, especially after travelling or changing time zones.

5. Set a dhikr goal and test synchronisation

  1. Create a small test goal in the app.
  2. Press the ring once for each count.
  3. Open the app and check whether the total synchronises.
  4. Test a reminder at a convenient time before enabling a full schedule.

The ring's LED display gives you the immediate running count. The app adds supported history, goals and reminder controls.

If the ring does not appear

  1. Charge the ring and wake its display.
  2. Turn phone Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds and turn it on again.
  3. Close and reopen the WESLAMIC app.
  4. Check the app permissions.
  5. Temporarily move other Bluetooth accessories away.
  6. If the ring was connected to another phone, remove that previous connection.
  7. Restart the phone and try again inside the app.

If the app connects but does not sync

Keep the ring close to the phone, open the app in the foreground and press the ring once to wake it. Check for an app update. If the connection remains stuck, remove the device from the app and pair it again. Avoid performing a factory reset until the basic steps have failed, because reset behaviour can vary by firmware.

Do you need the app to count dhikr?

The ring is designed to display your running count directly, so basic counting is not dependent on watching the phone. The app is used for additional supported functions such as synchronised history, targets and reminders. If Bluetooth disconnects, reconnect before assuming that a session has been lost.

Privacy and account settings

Read the app-store privacy information and review the permissions on your phone. Only grant permissions the feature needs. You can change them later in iOS or Android settings, although disabling Bluetooth discovery permissions may stop the ring from reconnecting.

When should you contact KELVIOR?

If the ring is fully charged, updated, unpaired from old phones and still cannot be found on more than one compatible phone, it may need technical inspection. Contact KELVIOR support with your order number, phone model, operating-system version, app version and a short video of the problem.
