Sign in securely to your KELVIOR customer account to view your orders and available tracking information.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
After your order has been fulfilled, KELVIOR sends a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and the carrier tracking link.
2. View your order status
Select “View your order” in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email to securely access your Shopify order-status page.
3. Track with the carrier
Open the carrier tracking link from your shipping confirmation email or Shopify order-status page to view the latest delivery updates.
